Women's basketball welcome-back party is Saturday

(Jan. 18, 2007)--The UTSA women's basketball team invites UTSA students, faculty, staff, season ticket holders and Roadrunner Club members to its 7 p.m. home game against I-35 rival Texas State on Saturday, Jan. 20.

Before the contest, the UTSA Athletics Marketing Department will provide free hot chocolate, coffee and cookies beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Roadrunner Club hospitality Area for everyone attending the game.
There also will be a raffle for two lower-level tickets to a future San Antonio Spurs game (face value $200). Everyone in attendance will be eligible for the drawing and the winner must be in attendance at halftime to receive the free tickets. To be eligible to win, individuals must sign up for the drawing in the Roadrunner hospitality area before halftime.
Also at the half, will be the Cingular "Roadrunner Idol" Contest with singing performances by talented UTSA students.
Along with these activities, the Marketing Department will unveil its newest addition to the Roadrunner family.
