Stage events can include music, poetry readings, dance, cultural demonstrations, speeches or other presentations to educate and inform others about your identity or group. UTSA organizations and departments are encouraged to sign up for information tables.
More than 1,000 attended last year's Diversity Month celebration. The Nov. 13 fair is a celebration of all of the diversity represented throughout the UTSA community, such as race, ethnicity, culture, age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, political affiliation, geography, sports, religion, employment and academic departments -- any difference that makes a difference.
UTSA Diversity Month is coordinated by the Center for Inclusion and Community Engagement, part of the Office of Student Affairs. For more information, call (210) 458-4770.
