UTSA presents author Elizabeth Coonrod Martinez

(Nov. 1, 2007)--The UTSA Department of English, Classics and Philosophy will host a presentation by author Elizabeth Coonrod Martinez at noon, Friday, Nov. 2 in the Business Building University Room (2.06.04) on the 1604 Campus. The event is free and open to the public.

Martinez is the author of "Josefina Niggli: Mexican American Writer, A Critical Biography." Martinez teaches Spanish and Latin American literatures at Sonoma State University.
Her research interests include the nature of the intersection between literature and culture and the relation between gender and artistic identities.
