
COLFA to host April 11 research conference

(Feb. 5, 2008)--The UTSA College of Liberal and Fine Arts (COLFA) will accept student submissions for the eighth annual Spring Research Conference until 4:30 p.m., Friday, Feb. 15. The conference is set for April 11.

The event is open to graduate and undergraduate students pursuing COLFA degrees including anthropology, art and art history, communication, classics and philosophy, English, history, modern languages, music, political science and geography, psychology and sociology.
Submission categories are:
- Research papers
- Posters
- Multimedia projects
- Artwork
- Creative writing
- Oral history projects
- Musical performance
Cash awards will be given for first, second and third place in each category.
