(March 13, 2008)--Effective March 10, UTSA streamlined the process for requesting event space at the three UTSA campuses by combining two paper forms into one online form.
- La Prensa Foundation is newest member of UTSA Lone Star Society
- UTSA alumna Jordan Kaufmann wins $50K for new stent-graft start-up
- UTSA begins new way-finding sign installation this summer at Main Campus
- USA Today: UTSA long jumper Tyler Williamson rescues three-year-old boy
Access the new form at the UTSA Events Calendar Web site. All events hosted in UTSA buildings must be sponsored by a UTSA department or organization.
After form submission, the request is automatically forwarded to campus administrators in charge of approving reservation requests. Requests at the 1604 Campus go to Events Management and Conference Services, (210) 458-4155. Downtown Campus requests go to the Office of the Vice Provost, (210) 458-2700. Requests for space at the Institute of Texan Cultures are routed to the Office of Special Programs, (210) 458-2275.
For more information about the online reservation system or to report problems, contact John David Garza, UTSA Resource25 administrator, at (210) 458-4736.
