The protocol is for registered student, faculty and staff organizations interested in planning major events involving high-profile individuals including presidential, local and state candidates and their supporters.
EMCS provides all of the necessary resources to guide prospective event sponsors through a successful planning process and ensure that the university abides by all applicable University of Texas System Rules and Regulations of the Board of Regents as well as the UTSA Handbook of Operating Procedures.
For information on sponsoring an event, contact Nikki Lee, EMCS assistant director, at (210) 458-4155 or visit Events Management and Conference Services in University Center Room 1.04.02, 1604 Campus. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday-Friday.
