
Sixth golf tournament benefits ELPS scholarships

(May 29, 2008)--The Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies (ELPS) in the UTSA College of Education and Human Development will host the sixth annual ELPS Scholarship Golf Tournament with a shotgun tee-off at 8 a.m., Friday, June 20 at the Canyon Springs Golf Club. The tournament is open to the public with proceeds benefiting the ELPS Scholarship Fund.

Each player will receive breakfast, lunch, golf shirt, "goodie" bag and a surprise gift with opportunities to win prizes. Register as soon as possible to ensure receiving a golf shirt on tournament day.
The event is set up as a Florida scramble with teams of four players. Registration is $75 for UTSA students, $125 for one player, $250 for a hole sponsor and $700 for a corporate foursome.
