Romo to speak at Alumni Connections luncheon

(Sept. 24, 2008)--The UTSA Alumni Association will host a Connections luncheon with guest speaker UTSA President Ricardo Romo at 11:45 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 8 in the University Center III ballroom on the 1604 Campus. Romo will speak on "What's New, Roadrunners," with highlights of UTSA's efforts to become a premier research university. The event begins with a reception, followed by lunch and the program.

The popular networking event has changed from a breakfast to lunch, and moves onto campus into the new University Center III facility. Free parking for guests will be available in the new south parking garage adjacent to UC III. A voucher will be given with each garage parking stub.
Admission to the luncheon is $25 for UTSA Alumni Association members and UTSA students, $30 for non-members. Individuals can sponsor a student for $25.
