There will be free hot dogs for the first 500 participants. Bring the entire family and enjoy games, the moon bounce, custom photos, crafts and candy.
In its second year, Family Fest brings a family-friendly weekend event to the Downtown Campus for students who usually cannot participate in campus events during the week. This year's celebration will include performances by nationally known ventriloquist Lynn Trefzger and her variety of puppet friends, sure to delight children young and old.
Four Downtown Campus student organizations -- International Interior Design Association, La Despedida, Mexican American Studies Student Organization and Social Work Advocating Change Today -- will staff booths selling bottled water, canned sodas and snacks as organization fundraisers.
