Joseph Granado is Student Leader of the Month

(Nov. 21, 2008)--The UTSA Office of Student Activities announces junior biology major Joseph Granado was selected as the LeadUTSA Student Leader of the Month for October. Congratulations and thank you to Joseph for being an active member of the UTSA community.

Granado was selected because of his leadership contributions with the UTSA Ambassadors, New Student Orientation leaders, Sigma Kappa Upsilon, Golden Key Honor Society, Catholic Student Association, National Student Exchange and as a student assistant in the Office of Undergraduate Studies Support and Technology Services.
As an orientation leader, Granado was integral in providing freshmen with a positive introduction to UTSA and as a result was awarded Orientation Leader of the Year. He also does charity work and service projects through the Catholic Student Association that have made a big impact on UTSA and the community.
