UTSA Student Art Show is March 19-29

(March 19, 2009)--The UTSA Department of Art and Art History will present the 25th annual UTSA Student Art Show March 19-29 in the Arts Building gallery on the 1604 Campus, showcasing work by graduate and undergraduate art students. The exhibit is free and open to the public.

>> An opening reception and awards ceremony is 6-8 p.m., Thursday, March 19.
The exhibition will be juried by Elizabeth Dunbar, curator of Arthouse in Austin. The pieces in the show use a variety of themes and styles in a range of media from traditional to new and intermedia projects.
Gallery hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Friday, and 1-4 p.m., Saturday-Sunday.
