UTSA Army ROTC coordinates troop gifts

(March 4, 2009)--The ROTC Road Runner Battalion thanks UTSA faculty, staff and students who donated gifts for care packages sent to the platoon of UTSA alumnus 1st Lt. Jason Cordaway over the holidays.

A 2004 UTSA graduate, Cordaway currently is currently leading an infantry platoon in the countryside of Afghanistan. He expressed his and his men's gratitude for helping to make the holidays better.
The platoon is nearing the end of their mission in Afghanistan and will be coming home within the next few months.
