
ELPS scholarship golf tournament is June 19

(May 6, 2009)--The Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies (ELPS) in the UTSA College of Education and Human Development will host the seventh annual ELPS Scholarship Golf Tournament with a shotgun tee-off at 8 a.m., Friday, June 19 at the Quarry Golf Club. The tournament is open to the public with proceeds benefiting the ELPS Scholarship Fund.

Each player will receive breakfast, lunch, golf shirt, "goodie" bag and opportunities to win prizes. Register as soon as possible to ensure receiving a golf shirt on tournament day.
The event is set up as a Florida scramble with teams of four players. Registration is $75 for UTSA students, $125 for one player ($110 early-bird discount), $250 for a hole sponsor and $700 for a corporate foursome.
Download a registration form at the ELPS Scholarship Golf Tournament Web site. Payment can be made by check or credit card. The first 144 registrants will receive reserved slots.
