Faculty and staff: 'UTSA's Got Talent' show is 2 p.m., Oct. 23

(Oct. 23, 2009)--As part of the State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC), the third annual "UTSA's Got Talent" variety show is 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23 in the Business Building Richard S. Liu Auditorium (2.01.02) on the Main Campus. Doors open at 1:30 p.m. The performance also will be simulcast at the Downtown Campus Buena Vista Theater.
UTSA faculty and staff members who have pledged to SECC received a ticket in campus mail for the performance. For those who haven't pledged, bring your pledge form to the performance for admittance.
This year's show featuring more than 12 acts will be emceed by Jay Howard, former announcer for the San Antonio Spurs. Come see performances by the Student Activities Village Chicks, the University Career Center, the Child Development Center and several individual performers.

Have a heart and take part in UTSA's 2009 State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC), which runs Oct. 1-31. SECC is the annual workplace giving campaign for State of Texas employees. With a 91-percent participation goal, remember -- "We're not done 'til we're 91!"
