New online cyber-security comic: Almost true misadventures of 'That Guy'

(Nov. 9, 2010)--Read the new online comic about UTSA cyber security: "The Exciting and Almost True Misadventures of That Guy."

Sure, social networks like Facebook, MySpace and Twitter are fun. They are a great way to connect with friends and colleagues, but they also are a great resource for bad guys like stalkers, burglars, con artists and identity thieves.

The moral of the story is to be careful about who you allow to be your friend -- don't accept friend requests from strangers. You wouldn't, right?
