(Feb. 1, 2011)--The UTSA community is invited to drop by Starbucks to celebrate the newest addition to the John Peace Library (JPL) food court on the Main Campus. There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 3 with activities, prizes and music until 2 p.m.

After the success of the first Starbucks in the University Center, the second full-service Starbucks at UTSA opened Nov. 29. The JPL venue features classic favorites such as espresso and caramel macchiato drinks, along with specialty coffee beans, pastries and seasonal reusable mugs.

In addition to the staple Starbucks menu items, the JPL location offers hot breakfast options including egg white, spinach feta wraps. The JPL Starbucks is open seven days a week.
