UTSA Marching Band presents free concert April 17 at Recital Hall

(April 15, 2011)--The inaugural UTSA Marching Band will present a free concert at 7:30 p.m., Sunday, April 17 in the Arts Building Recital Hall on the UTSA Main Campus.

The 90-minute concert will feature the debut of the marching band's gameday uniforms in which they will perform when the UTSA Roadrunner football team begins its inaugural season at the Alamodome on Saturday, Sept. 3 against Northeastern State.

The Sunday concert will feature selections from the film scores of "Star Wars," "King Kong," "Up," "Twilight," "Harry Potter," "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "Jurassic Park."
