Water main break on UTSA Main Campus causes second water outage

(April 26, 2012) -- Because of a second water main break, UTSA facilities staff are completing emergency repairs near yesterday's break. During the repairs, water is off at these Main Campus buildings:

  • Recreation Center
  • Student Health Services
  • Convocation Center
  • Physical Education
  • Recreation Field House

Water will be unavailable to these buildings for the remainder of Thursday, April 25. The preliminary estimate is that water service will resume early Friday morning. During the outage, water pressure may be low at other Main Campus buildings and facilities.
