UTSA hosts Bexar County district judicial candidate forum May 8

(May 8, 2012) -- In collaboration with the San Antonio Area League of Women Voters, the UTSA College of Public Policy and the Alpha Phi Sigma Criminal Justice Honor Society invite the community to attend the Bexar County District Judicial Candidate Forum. The event is 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 8 in the Frio Street Building Sam Riklin Auditorium (1.406) at the UTSA Downtown Campus.

The forum is free and open to the public. A public reception will follow at 7:45 p.m. in Frio Street Building Room 1.402.

UTSA is hosting the forum to educate the public about the judicial offices, allow face-to-face comparisons of the candidates and their positions, and increase voter interest and participation in the election.

Free event parking will be available in lot D3 directly across from the UTSA Downtown Campus, under Interstate 35.
