Traffic may be blocked on Main Campus Oct. 10-11 during fiber line installation
(Oct. 8, 2014) -- Traffic flow may be interrupted Oct. 10-11 on several UTSA Main Campus streets because of installation of fiber communication lines.
As necessary for installation work, barricades may periodically block vehicular traffic from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday, Oct. 10 and Saturday, Oct. 11 at manholes along Tobin Avenue, Brenan Avenue, Bosque Street and Cook Road. Staff will be on-site to direct traffic.
Projected to be activated by December, the upgraded communication system will improve mobile phone service on campus.
