Change Management at UTSA
Change Management is the systematic approach to successfully plan, execute, and sustain the ‘people-side’ of change within UTSA.
The UTShare at UTSA Change Leaders consist of representatives from around the university. Change Leaders are responsible for:
- Being and information messenger to and from the department
- Providing feedback, concerns, questions from departments
- Keeping departments informed of project progress, major milestones, trainings, etc.
- Helping advocate and promote the project
