Important Deadlines for Transitioning to UTShare/Peoplesoft

A consolidated “cutover list” of the Financial and Human Resource/Budget calendars that outline key activities for Go-Live, is now available.

NOTE: Some departments may set internal deadlines in order to meet the UTShare/PeopleSoft deliverables. If you have any questions, please contact the appropriate departments.

Cutover Activities

Facilitating UTSA’s transition to UTShare/PeopleSoft and supporting the ‘people-side’ of change.

Our Approach

  • Form a Change Leaders group of representatives across the university, appointed by the UTSA
    PeopleSoft Executive and Steering Committees to assist with communication and outreach
  • Build trust and expand lines of communication within the Campus regarding PeopleSoft transition
  • Assist campus with speed of adoption and utilization of UTShare/PeopleSoft Software
