Main Campus Group Visit Registration

Large Group Tours (10 or more students)

Large Group Tours are reserved for high schools, special groups, and outreach programs. The University of Texas at San Antonio welcomes many groups on campus every year. A group visit is typically a 2-3 hour experience, depending on accommodations. If you are interested in bringing your prospective group to the Main Campus please see the details listed below.

Main Campus Group tours are:

    »offered during the fall months (September 2nd-December 5th) and spring months (January 13th-April 30th) only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays at
    11:00AM or 3:00PM
 
    » not offered on Saturday or Sunday
    »; scheduled at least 2-3 weeks in advance
    » only for high school or transfer students
    »only able to accommodate up to 60 students and require 1 chaperone per every 10 students attending
    »Groups of 60+ students will have the opportunity to participate in our #UTSATOUR Self-Guided Experience

To register for a group tour, please contact the Main Campus Welcome Center at: welcome.center@utsa.edu. Group tour availability is limited and therefore, offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please email the following information at your earliest convenience:

Downtown Campus Group Visit Registration

Downtown Campus Group tours are:

    »offered on Wednesdays & Fridays at 9 am or 1 pm (there is some flexibility for Downtown Campus only)
    »not offered on Saturday or Sunday
    »scheduled at least 2-3 weeks in advance
    »only for high school or transfer students
    »only able to accommodate up to 60 students and require 1 chaperone per every 10 students attending
