ADA Accessibility Committee


The ADA Accessibility Committee at UTSA serves in an advisory capacity and makes recommendations to the President of the University of Texas at San Antonio as necessary in order to coordinate and improve the University’s efforts to provide programs, activities and facilities that are accessible. Membership is appointed by the President of the University and is comprised of sixteen representatives from the following areas:

  • Research
  • Student Affairs
  • Extended Education/Community Services
  • Student Disability Services
  • Business Auxiliary Services
  • Office of Facilities
  • Student Life
  • Office of Information Technology
  • Office of Institutional Compliance and Risk Services
  • Library
  • Downtown Student Affairs
  • Human Resources
  • Space Utilization
  • Legal Affairs (ex officio)
