1st BHC Investigator Workshop
As scientific problems in brain health become more complex and methods/knowledge have advanced, scientists have increasingly joined forces with other colleagues in collaborative research, referred to as “team science.” The mission of the Brain Health Consortium (BHC) is to enhance team science by fostering collaborations across sciences, engineering, and psychology.
To kick off the BHC’s effort toward building teams, we have organized the 1st BHC Investigator’s Workshop to be held at UTSA on Tuesday, January 8, 2019. The objective of this workshop is to: (1) allow individuals/partners to give a brief 10-15 min presentation of their research questions/topics, (2) identify research teams/areas of synergy and collaborative opportunities, and (3) discuss future ways to interact and how the BHC can serve to enhance team science.
WHAT: 1st BHC Investigator's Workshop
WHEN: January 8, 2019, from 8:30AM - 5:30PM
