Corrina Green
Corrina Green is the Senior Associate Vice President for Real Estate and Property Management (RPM) at The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). She holds over 25 years of experience in design, construction and development.
As Senior Associate Vice President, Ms. Green oversees numerous core services, including management of the university’s property, campus planning, design, plan review, campus renovations, inspections and new construction. Ms. Green has played a key role in elevating UTSA’s presence in downtown San Antonio. She has helped lead the transformation of the Real Estate and Property Management team while fostering strong partnerships with design and construction firms. Ms. Green is actively spearheading the creation of new spaces for innovation, entrepreneurship, and career development, making her efforts vital to UTSA’s expansion in the urban core. Prior to joining UTSA, Ms. Green served as Director of Development for Zachry Hospitality.
Ms. Green has a broad background in design and project management, as well as expertise in land acquisition, financial modeling and project funding strategy for complex real estate development projects. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University and is actively involved in the San Antonio community, including the local chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
