The UTSA Enrollment Marketing, Communications, and Services team supports UTSA CRM, powered by Salesforce.
Submit a CRM Support Request: For all CRM support requests by our Salesforce users (for data-related or system error issues, see below), please start your request by clicking the button below.
Report a Data or System Error: If you have a data-related issue (i.e. need to delete a record, or you identified a duplicate), or you are seeing a system error, please login into Salesforce and submit those requests within the CRM by navigating to your "Home" and selecting "Salesforce Administration" in the request box, then click "next".
New User Inquiry: The UTSA CRM instance supports student recruitment, enrollment, engagement, service, communication, and marketing. We currently support over 30 departments at UTSA. There are a limited number of licenses. If your use case supports the above student-focused use cases, please contact Tina Garza within the UTSA Enrollment Marketing, Communications, and Systems Department.
