Job Summary: As the Associate Director, you will lead dynamic student programs, oversee student organization development, leadership, assessment, conduct, scholarship and endowment management, trainings, and risk education in the Student Involvement Center. Your efforts will foster community, collaboration with campus partners, and enrich student life at the University of Texas at San Antonio. This role directly supervises two full-time staff members and indirectly supervises a team of graduate assistants, as well as dozens of student employees. Reporting to the Director of the Student Involvement Center, the Associate Director provides comprehensive internal department management.
