Recent REACH trainings have asked each of us to focus on how we help students internalize the learning goals that Student Affairs has identified as our contribution to student learning.
How do we internalize the Four C’s? How do we make them habitual parts of our work together?
Certainly the ways in which they have been structured into our employee training, annual reports and performance evaluations play a part. But ultimately it is how we practice, discuss and reflect on them that allow the Four C’s - Communicate, Connect, Collaborate and Create - to become part of who we are.
