The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) telephone system is managed by Tech Solutions’ Communications Networking Collaboration Technologies (CNCT) team.  Our mission is to provide high-quality, reliable telecommunication and collaboration services to support the university’s academic, research, and administrative operations. Our telephone system is a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) solution built around Cisco Unified Communications, a robust and scalable platform that offers an array of advanced features to enhance communication and collaboration across the UTSA campus.

SUBMIT A REQUEST OR REPORT AN ISSUE

For assistance with any Telephone Services features or services, or if you need to report a Telephone Services issue, please submit your request or issue via the UTS Self Service Portal. All service requests must be submitted by the authorized department/unit head or their administrative designees. Requests submitted by end users are considered unauthorized and will be closed out without notification
