Our Tech Café support team is dedicated to providing technology services to address all your IT needs. We offer assistance on several technology-related issues.

 

NETWORK & SYSTEM ACCESS SUPPORT:

  • Support for your myUTSA network account, passphrase, and Duo two-factor authentication
  • Access to UTSA-managed applications and services
  • Support for UTSA wired and wireless networks (AirRowdy)
  • VPN support for off-campus access to resources and data services
  • Departmental printing access and configuration
  • Student printing services, accounts, and administration.

USER AND DEVICE SUPPORT:

  • Troubleshoot, configure, optimize, and manage issued computing hardware and software devices.
  • Best effort support for personally owned computing and mobile devices. We provide light-touch troubleshooting, configuration assistance, and consulting services to promote access to UTSA digital resources and applications. 
  • Provide recommendations for computing hardware and software purchases.
