UTSA TEAM Center to offer community autism spectrum screenings April 26
(April 21, 2014) -- In conjunction with Autism Awareness Month, the Teacher Education Autism Model (TEAM) Center will hold free developmental screenings and consultations for families who think their child may be on the autism spectrum on Saturday, April 26.
The Team Center will have 30-minute time slots available for screenings between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the TEAM Center in Durango Building Room 0.220B at the UTSA Downtown Campus.
Evaluations will include intervention recommendations for potential language and social skills problems. Parents can make appointments online at utsa.edu/autism or by calling the TEAM Center at 210-458-2007.
