(March 11, 2019) -- UTSA Men’s Basketball has earned a top-four seed and a first-round bye for the 2019 Air Force Reserve Conference USA Basketball Championships presented by Baylor Scott & White Sports Performance Center at The Star on March 13-16 in Frisco, Texas.
UTSA (17-14 overall and 11-7 in league play) will be the No. 4 seed for the conference tournament. Following a first-round bye, the Roadrunners will face the winner of the matchup between 5-seed UAB and 12th-seeded Middle Tennessee at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 14. That quarterfinal-round contest will air on Stadium on Facebook and Ticket 760 AM.

This will be the highest seed the UTSA Men’s Basketball Team has earned for the Conference USA tournament since joining the league in 2013-14. The team last won a conference tournament in 2011 as part of the Southland Conference.
All-session tickets to the tournament with two different options are available for purchase now. General Admission (permanent bowl seating) tickets are $125 while General Admission Premium (institutional floor seating) tickets are $180. Each pre-sale ticket provides access to all six sessions of the event.
Fans may purchase their all-session tickets by calling the UTSA Athletics Ticket Office at 210-458-UTSA (8872) or online.
Students are able to purchase $10 tickets at the box office at The Star with a valid student ID.

A crowd of judges, local organizations, students, faculty and sponsors walk around and talk to the students about their projects and ask questions.
