Procurement or Lease of Information Technology

If a purchase is being made for any telecommunications or computer related products or services while using State funds, the vendor that is used for this purchase MUST be a Qualified Information Systems Vendor (QISV). A QISV is a vendor approved by the State of Texas to sell automated information system products or services.
