Printer Suppliers
The following list are approved preferred Printer Suppliers. When ordering, please make sure to include the contract name, number, and terms on all purchase orders.
Instructions for ordering
Departments are requested to utilize the Department of Information Resource (DIR) contracts for pricing. When speaking with an approved reseller, ensure all pricing is quoted based on the respective DIR contract.
Step 1
Select a manufacturer that will meet the department needs. Contact an approved reseller to retain a quote. Prices should be based on the DIR contract.
Step 2
Print the vendor quote for purchasing records.
Step 3
If orders are under or equal to $5,000.00, then generate a PB0 to the reseller. Include in the "Remarks" section of the PB0 the quote number, DIR contract number, and DIR contract terms on the purchase order.

Step 4
If orders exceed $5,000.00, then generate a PB4 to submit to purchasing, referencing the quote number on purchase requistion.
