Take the Extra Steps: Join Us for a Wellness Walk downtown!

Walking is an accessible and beneficial exercise that requires no special equipment and readily fits into busy schedules. Walking just 30 minutes per day is an excellent goal to promote overall mental and physical well-being.
To celebrate the final week of the Fall Into Fitness Team Challenge, UTSA Wellness and Business Affairs leadership invite all UTSA employees to join us at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 8 for a short wellness walk around San Pedro I and San Pedro Creek.
