2025 Summer Payment Deadlines and Term Dates

Reminder: Sunday, March 21 st is the LAST day to withdraw from the second 8-week term and receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees.
* All students (undergraduate and graduate) who do not make payment, or payment arrangements by the dates listed for each term will be charged a $100 registration LATE payment fee. Multiple registration LATE payment fees may be applied.
Students with pending veteran certification or financial aid reviews as determined by UTSA, may automatically receive an extension on their payment deadline. However, if eligibility for veteran benefits or financial aid is determined to be unlikely, students may be removed from their classes on the 20 th class day.
NOTE: All students (undergraduate and graduate) who do not make payment or payment arrangements by the FINAL due date may lose their registration.
