Deadlines are listed by semesters, to include 16-week term, first 8-week term, second 8-week term and installment plans. You can view the payment deadlines below.
2025 Spring Payment Deadlines

$100.00 late fee is charged to students registered and who have not paid or made payment arrangements by 5:00 p.m. |

Wednesday, February 05, 2025 |
Students who remain unpaid by 5:00 p.m. will be removed from their classes. |
Reminder: Monday, January 20th is the LAST day to withdraw from the regular 16-week term and receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees.

Students who remain unpaid by 5:00 p.m. will be removed from their classes and charged a $100.00 late fee. |
Reminder: Sunday, March 21st is the LAST day to withdraw from the second 8-week term and receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees.
* All students (undergraduate and graduate) who do not make payment, or payment arrangements by the dates listed for each term will be charged a $100 registration LATE payment fee. Multiple registration LATE payment fees may be applied.
NOTE: All students (undergraduate and graduate) who do not make payment or payment arrangements by the FINAL due date may lose their registration.
