Apply for a Sustainability Grant

February 18, 2022

The Office of Sustainability offers funding for sustainable programs, projects and initiatives, and invites you to apply for a SUSTAIN grant. Proposals are currently being accepted from students, staff and faculty members who aspire to enrich and increase UTSA’s sustainability. Proposals are due by 5 p.m. on March 31. Rules and Requirements can be found on RowdyLink.

Previous SUSTAIN projects have improved campus walkability and the reduction of single occupancy vehicle congestion through projects like the Tito Bradshaw Bicycle Repair Shop. SUSTAIN promotes student wellness in various ways by funding undergraduate research, decompression and hydration stations.

If you have a project idea that supports the three pillars of sustainability — economic, social and conservation — to create a better tomorrow for our campus, we encourage you to email the Office of Sustainability to set up an appointment to discuss your proposal idea. Assistance is available to format your proposal or to complete the application.
