Upgrade of Facilities Work Order System and iService Desk
The Facilities work order system, also known as the iService desk, will be undergoing a major upgrade to enhance service and better meet future work order needs. Upgrades will take place from Friday, Aug. 9 through Sunday, Aug. 11. During this time, the iService desk will be unavailable.
To ensure minimal disruption, please submit any work requests no later than Thursday, Aug. 8. If urgent maintenance is needed during the outage, please email the Facilities Service Center or call 210-458-4262 so Facilities can continue to provide support during the update.
On Monday, Aug. 12, the new work request portal will be available for use. Instructions will be provided within the portal to guide users through the new, user-friendly process. Should any questions arise, the Facilities Service Center is ready and available to assist.
