The UTSA College of Education
and Human Development
recently acquired the ownership
of the “Bilingual Review” from
Arizona State University’s Hispanic
Research Center. The journal
will be housed in the Department
of Bicultural-Bilingual Studies
under the editorial direction of Dr.
Howard Smith, associate professor.
Currently in its 40th year of publication,
the “Bilingual Review” is a
scholarly journal that publishes research,
articles, and reviews in the
areas of bilingual education, bilingualism,
and ethnic scholarship.
