The 4C's and Commencement

The fall semester is over, we have a new crop of December graduates, and the Four C's have been behind the scenes working hard to make it all happen.

I know most of us are looking forward to a well-earned break, but what a great time to reflect on the largest collaboration among the University’s various divisions: Commencement! Every long semester, we come together to celebrate the accomplishments of our students.

Student Affairs connects and communicates with various areas within the different divisions to begin the commencement process. Then, we collaborate and create a celebratory event that unites the entire University!

The Four C's may not be something we can see because it is part of what we do, but we can certainly "C" the fruits of our labor when each graduate walks across that stage and each staff member and faculty knows that they have played a part in making it a reality.

The Four C's are a part of what makes Student Affairs the community that creates memorable collaborations and connections!
