The Little Runner

The VIA Link Downtown Zone—including The Little Runner—provides reliable, convenient and safe transportation options throughout downtown San Antonio.

UTSA students, faculty and staff can use this service for free with their VIA U-Pass. To get started, follow these two easy steps.

VIA Link Downtown Zone

Whether you're travelling between our downtown locations or enjoying everything that downtown San Antonio has to offer, VIA Link vans are ready and waiting to help you get to your destination safely. Request an on-demand ride from anywhere in the VIA Link Downtown Zone using the VIA Link mobile app.

Rides in the VIA Link Downtown Zone are free for UTSA students, faculty and staff with VIA U-Pass. Individuals without U-Pass can use this service for only $1.30.

Rides are available Monday through Sunday from 7 a.m.-11 p.m.

The Little Runner

As part of the Downtown Zone, The Little Runner provides convenient service between the Downtown Campus and San Pedro I. Stops are available at the following locations:

• San Pedro I
• Dolorosa Parking Lot
• Parking Lot D1

Look for “The Little Runner Stops Here” signs. UTSA students, faculty, staff and campus guests with a temporary VIA U-Pass can utilize this service for free. The Little Runner is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
