Campus Services Invites Roadrunners to Help Shape the Future of Campus Dining
UTSA Campus Services and UTSA Dining are pleased to announce the Campus Dining Experience Assessment, an exciting initiative happening now that will result in a long-term plan for campus dining services that support the Roadrunner community’s varied needs, preferences and priorities.
"We're thrilled to launch this initiative to better support our Roadrunners," said Carrie Charley, associate vice president for Campus Services. "This is a fantastic opportunity for us to review and rethink the dining options on all of our campuses by gathering feedback and making thoughtful and strategic improvements that ensure our services are innovative, diverse and high-quality."
The comprehensive assessment is designed to collect direct feedback from students, faculty, staff and stakeholders, looking at factors like hospitality, pricing, food quality/taste, convenience of locations and much more. This feedback will help UTSA Dining strategically focus their resources and efforts over the coming years to enhance and support UTSA’s already robust campus dining program.
Receiving feedback from all facets of the campus community is a vital aspect of the assessment. The feedback process is designed to be easy and accessible for everyone, whether participants prefer to provide feedback online through the user-experience survey, which can be submitted confidentially, or by signing up for one of several in-person and virtual focus groups beginning March 17 and continuing through the end of the month.
