Interview for the Position
Applications are reviewed daily, and applicants will be contacted to schedule interviews within 1-3 business days of submitting their application. Interviews will be held in-person, and students will be contacted via email/phone to set up an interview.

Interview for the Position

Accept/Decline Position Final Deadline:
Friday, November 18th at 5pm
Rolling Offers-Candidates will be interviewed and offered positions throughout the recruitment process. The final interview group's deadline will be November 1st. This group must accept their offers by the final deadline listed above. Candidates who do not accept their offers by their posted deadline will be assumed to have declined the position.

OL Meet and Greet
Wednesday, November 20th
Time: 5pm-6pm
Location: Main Campus Welcome Center, Bauerle Road Garage (BRG 0.316), first floor

Spring 2025 Mandatory Training Workshops
All OLs in training will be required to attend mandatory training workshops in the Spring 2025 semester. Failure to attend or failure to meet training expectations will result in becoming ineligible for the position for the Summer 2025 semester.

GPA Checks Conducted of OL Team
GPA and Student Conduct checks conducted on all OLs who have accepted the position.

OL Retreat

Intensive Training (Begins Paid Appointment)
Intensive training will be held during the weeks of May 20-31st (no training on May 26th due to Memorial Day Holiday). The specific days and times will be announced as it gets closer.
