Annual benefits enrollment is now closed. Please review your benefits confirmation statement via My UT Benefits. If you discover an error, be sure to immediately email People Excellence and provide the error with specific details. People Excellence will research the error and contact you with updated information.
As we move forward, please note the following important dates and deadlines:
Due August 15
- Upload Evidence of Eligibility (EOE).
- Required if you added new dependents.
- Complete Evidence of Insurability (EOI).
- Required if you elected/increased life, short or long-term disability insurance coverage.
- Complete Evidence of Waiver (EOW).
- Required if you waived UT SELECT medical coverage and wish to apply premium sharing for other eligible coverage.
September 1
- New plan year begins.
- Expect new ID cards for UT SELECT Medical and any new plans elected. Keep your ID cards for plans that did not change.
- Deductibles & Out-of-Pocket Limits Reset
The new plan year begins Sept. 1. This fall, please review your October paycheck to confirm your deductions match your annual enrollment elections.
