Annual Benefits and the In-Person Benefits Fair are Coming Soon
UTSA faculty and staff will have the opportunity to review and update their benefits selections during this year’s annual enrollment period, which runs from July 15 through July 31. The enrollment window allows employees to make changes to their insurance coverage and other benefits selections for the 2025–26 plan year.
To help UTSA benefits eligible employees make informed choices, the People Excellence Benefits Office will host an in-person Benefits Fair on Thursday, July 10 at both the Main and Downtown campuses. The fair will feature informational session(s), with representatives from the UTSA Benefits team available to answer questions. Attendees can learn about upcoming plan changes, explore available options, and get one-on-one support ahead of the enrollment deadline.
