TxDOT Permanent Closure: WB Loop 1604 exit ramp to La Cantera Parkway

As part of the Loop 1604 North Expansion Project, TxDOT is closing the WB Loop 1604 exit ramp leading to La Cantera Parkway beginning Friday, May 1. Traffic will be unable to use this exit ramp from this date forward. This closure may impact travel times for those travelling westbound on Loop 1604 planning to use the John Peace Boulevard/La Cantera Parkway exit when heading to the Main Campus.

Travelers on WB Loop 1604 looking to exit onto John Peace Boulevard/La Cantera Parkway should use the WB Loop 1604 frontage road exit just before the I-10 interchange. Then, follow the WB Loop 1604 frontage road through the I-10 interchange, continuing toward the Main Campus entrances.
