True Colors Training--Staff

This was a great year for the Division’s common language experience. From August 30, 2010 to today- over 1000 students, staff, parents, and community members (including municipal court) have attended our True Colors® workshops. We increased the number of facilitators to meet the needs of our community and to further specialize the curriculum. This past year we offered training specifically geared to student workers within the division to assure that we are introducing the color spectrum and respective language application in the workplace. In the next week we will be distributing a survey to staff to assess the use of the common language and identify future training needs. Thanks for all the support.
