The end of the academic year always brings a special chance to apply the Four C’s in connecting with our newest graduates. It is important to let them know they are recognized and appreciated. They belong and will always be Roadrunners. Especially as things get hectic, it can be the smallest gestures that make interactions positive and memorable. Be ready to get as much as you give. When we realize that every encounter provides opportunity for lasting impact, we also realize that we benefit too. We are changed by the nurturing, care and respect we show.
