JoAnna Rodriguez Recognized for Exceptional Customer Service

A Registrar Office customer was so impressed with the service he received from JoAnna that he took the time to call us back and tell us about it:

He said that he had recently worked with JoAnna on an issue he had and he wanted to tell me how AMAZING she was and how THANKFUL he was for her dedication in helping him with paperwork for another school (the other school wasn't as nice as us). He went on and on about how awesome she was!

So... JoAnna, your customer, Michael, wanted your supervisors to know how wonderful you were to him. He said he is enrolled, school is going well, and it is all thanks to YOU!!!!!!!!

I said, yes we know she's great, but that it's always nice to hear from a customer!!

Terrific Display of Roadrunner Pride at Jamboree

The Staff Connections Team would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who came out to the 6th Annual Student Affairs Jamboree on June 3 at University Bowl. We had over 150 staff and family members in attendance. It was exciting to see so many teams come out in their unique and creative t-shirts. Our Roadrunner spirit was evident throughout the night especially during the “Lucky Train” and the scavenger hunt, which did not disappoint this year with many making a mad dash to claim their prize. Enjoy these great Jamboree photos.

Kudos to the Bowling Winners of the Night:
